Symptoms?? please read?

my chest popped a long time ago and has been causing me issues ever since... today i woke up with major sinus issues and my chest felt like someone took a sledge hammer to it..... my chest is effecting my arms as well, its causing me major fatigue and its hard to cough :( .... im also having weird tummy issues i can really explain :(
