Clean eating and food choices. Is it just up to you?
So I'm thinking of picking up eating clean. Of course I want to lose weight (need to lose weight) but eating clean is within my personal beliefs as well, so I think it may be something I can stick to as well as, hopefully, lose weight with. But in looking at a website, it claims that eating eggs and bread is okay. To me it seems a bit weird because aren't chickens injected with all kinds of crap to make them produce eggs faster -- eggs are also "unclean" no? and bread is cooked and preserved, isn't it? Is sprouted bread full of preservatives as well? In addition, they seem to approve of deli meats - massive salt and preserves aren't they? I can see stuff like hard salami sausage things because they are dried rather than cooked, but regular ham? And what about exercise? do you have the energy to exercise after eating so "cleanly" Looking for thoughts/advice on this matter. thx in advance
